Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role. You will provide essential hands-on care, support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and help ensure dignity and comfort in a warm, team-driven environment.

You will work on a supportive team, taking vital signs, recording changes, and contributing to a high standard of patient-centered care with opportunities for growth and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with compassion and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety and respect for personal preferences.
• Support residents with meals, hydration and restorative activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
