Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Gardner, MA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, family-friendly environment.

You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and feeding, document intake and fluid consumption, and report health changes to the supervising nurse while upholding confidentiality and facility policies.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Must adhere to all facility policies and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities (meals, turning, ambulation, fluids).
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility procedures.
• Comply with federal, state and local regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift

• Help Residents with personal hygiene

• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Document Resident food and fluid intake

• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements

• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy

• Transport Residents within the facility

• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures

• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards

• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)

License:
