MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Nurse Aide I to provide assistive client care under RN supervision. You will carry out delegated tasks, document care, and communicate findings promptly to the RN Case Manager. The role requires strict adherence to care plans and agency policies.
The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and professional presentation, with responsibilities across shift-based visits and home health duties as defined by the Plan of Care.
The Nurse Aide I functions in an assistive role in the provisions of Client Care Activities through regular assignments or delegated tasks, all supervised by the RN. The NAI demonstrates the ability to carry out specific tasks with reasonable skill and safety, while supervised by an RN, that adheres to the prevailing standard of practice in the nursing community. The NAI is responsible for accepting delegation from the supervising RN, seeking further clarification of and affirming those expectations, performing the tasks correctly and timely communicating results to the supervising RN.
Each shift or visit reflects the provision of care rendered in accordance with Physician’s orders/Plan of Care/Home Health Aide Assignment Sheet.
