MGA Home Healthcare Tennessee LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for pediatric homecare with a flexible schedule. The CNA will work under an RN supervisor to provide in-home patient care, document observations, and assist with activities of daily living in private residences.
Responsibilities include following physician orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the health-care team to ensure safe, quality care for pediatric patients.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Non-Exempt
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) functions in an assistive role in the provisions of patient care services through regular assignments or delegated tasks and is supervised by the RN. The CNA demonstrates the ability to carry out specific tasks with reasonable skill and safety that adheres to the prevailing standard of practice in the nursing community.
The work environment is highly variable, as care is generally provided in private homes. Lighting, acoustics, air quality, temperature and environment hazards are not predictable. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, household pets/animals, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is required to travel frequently to complete home health visits.
