MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) to provide skilled nursing in private home settings. You will implement and document care per each patient’s plan and collaborate with Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Supervisors.
Requirements include an active RN license, 80% competency score, reliable transportation, and CPR/TB/health screenings as required. You must be flexible, organized, and able to exercise independent judgment daily.
Registered Nurse- Non-Exempt
Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care and reports to Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Supervisor. In collaboration with the MGA personnel, RN will render skilled nursing care in accordance with the care developed for each individual patient and in accordance with Physician’s orders.
The work environment is highly variable, as care is generally provided in private homes. Lighting, acoustics, air quality, temperature and environment hazards are not predictable. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, household pets/animals, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is required to travel frequently to complete home health visits.
