Job summary

Asbury Springhill is seeking CNAs to provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, dressing, bathing, and recording vital signs in the resident chart.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with a starting pay of $18.25 per hour, daily pay available, and a weekend premium during weekend hours worked. Shift schedules include day or night on weekends and selective weeknights.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license in PA.
• Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty.
• Ability to assist residents with daily activities and report changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct resident care under RN supervision.
• Assists residents with dressing, bathing and eating.
• Collects non-invasive specimens or takes vital signs.
• Aids physicians and nursing staff with procedures when needed.
• Documents resident interactions in care records.

• Up to 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.

Job Description
