Job summary

You'll play a vital role in providing direct care for our residents, assisting with daily activities such as meals and personal hygiene.

This position offers a full-time PM schedule with competitive wages ranging from $19.00 to $22.69 per hour, depending on experience, along with generous benefits like 100% paid medical, dental, and vision, a 401k with company match, and more.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at University Retirement Community, you will provide direct care and assist residents with their activities of daily living. Our commitment to safety and excellence means you’ll receive tailored training and support based on resident needs and acuity. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and addressing the various needs of our residents.

Shift/rotation:

• Memory Support: Full-time PM (2p - 10:30p); rotation is 4 days on, 2 days off

Wages:

$19.00 - $22.69 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Need:

• A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, to grow, and to play a significant role on our passionate University Retirement Community team.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of California is required, or 1 year of experience in a facility setting as a Caregiver.
