Pikes Peak Post Acute in Concord, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time PM shift to deliver resident-centered care on a compassionate interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes compassionate care, precise documentation, and timely response to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs while reporting changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond quickly to resident call lights and provide attentive care.
• Document resident care in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Obtain and document vital signs while promptly reporting changes in resident condition to the licensed nursing staff
• Respond quickly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care
• Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
