Job summary

University Retirement Community in Davis, CA seeks compassionate CNAs to join a hybrid team supporting 37‑resident Assisted Living and cross‑training in a 14‑resident Memory Support neighborhood. You will assist with meals, bathing, dressing, mobility and daily activities, while delivering compassionate care and developing skills in multiple care levels.

Shift options include Full‑time PM and AM with 4 on/2 off rotations; on‑call/PRN availability.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing exceptional, compassionate care and a desire to learn, grow, and gain experience across multiple levels of senior living.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of California is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including meals, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and safety.
• Provide companionship and responsive care with dignity and respect across Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Assist with routine tasks while maintaining residents' independence and well‑being.
