Schedule

Full Time Evenings: 5x7.5-hour shifts/week (37.5 hours)

Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

Must attend full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, catheter care, turning/positioning, skin care)

Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights, assist with fall prevention and equipment use

Support resident nutrition: meal delivery, feeding, and adaptive equipment as needed

Assist with rehabilitative/restorative needs: ROM, ambulation, transfers, proper alignment

Report changes in resident condition, concerns, refusals, or rights issues to supervising nurse

Follow all protocols; potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues

Requirements

BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required

Minimum 1-year experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting – Required
