Job summary

Winding Trails Post Acute is seeking CNAs to join a dedicated care team in Colorado. Positions include PRN 6am-6pm and Full Time 6am-6pm (Thu, Fri, Sat). You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses in a warm, family-like environment.

Requirements include an active Colorado CNA license, CPR, 10th grade education, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus and beneficial for teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• CNA experience of 1 year is a plus; LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Support daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
