Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients served by our agency in California. You will perform activities of daily living, offer companionship, and support families while following individualized care plans in patients' homes.

The role is part-time with two 4-hour shifts; benefits include PTO, health coverage for eligible staff, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting preferred.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition and follow care plans using EMR standards.

Compensation

$21.00 - $26.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
