Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in construction management or civil engineering with focus on CM.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and dispatch crews across multiple projects.
• Experience with ASTM/AASHTO, ACI, TxDOT specifications and IBC inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMT and special inspection projects from proposal to final report.
• Schedule field technicians daily across multiple active job sites.
• Review field reports, lab results, and logs for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret test results against project specs and document non-conformances.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors, owners, and engineers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor field technicians and manage certifications.
• Perform field work including sampling and testing as needed.
• Maintain A2LA accreditation compliance and audits.
• Lead regional business development and prepare proposals.
