Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages CMT projects from proposal through completion for low-complexity work.
• Reviews daily field reports and resolves technical and administrative issues.
• Manages budgets, invoices, pay apps, and collections.
• Prepares proposals and change orders.
• Supports testing across soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, asphalt.
