ECS Limited is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager I for our Baton Rouge field services team. You will manage projects from proposal through completion, coordinating field testing, reporting, budgeting, and client communication on low-complexity work.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in construction materials testing or CMT roles.
• BS degree in civil-related engineering or geology disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMT projects from proposal to completion for low-complexity work.
• Review daily field reports and resolve technical/administrative issues.
• Manage budgets, invoices, pay apps, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders.
• Support testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, asphalt.
• Coordinate field staff and provide training and oversight on projects.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to clients.
