We are seeking a CMT Lab Technician to join our Lakewood, CO team! Come join us!

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• This position includes materials testing to determine the physical properties of highway construction materials, including: Aggregate, Binder, Concrete, Soil and Asphalt Mixtures.
• Construction Materials Laboratory Technicians will travel to the Lakewood lab and perform testing for producers, contractors, developers and/or owners for the materials they are using in their construction.
• Laboratory Technicians are expected to pass necessary certifications to perform work to industry standards. Background with binder testing will be helpful.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• A science background is preferred, or as a minimum good math skill.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word will be helpful.
• LabCAT is a plus, but training and certification enrollment provided.
  
  

Other Miscellaneous Qualities

• Timeliness and communication skills are required for this position.
  
  

Compensation

$20 - $25 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
