Job summary

Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with safe and accurate medication administration. The CMT works closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and ensure resident health and well-being.

Compensation includes $18.50–$21.50 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and EAP. Full-time evening schedule available, walk-in interviews welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication cart and work area.
• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
