Qualifications

• CMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs including temp, BP and pulse.
• Assist residents with care and daily activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Maintain accurate records of care and treatments.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individual plans.
• Participate in care conferences and family meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
