Job summary

River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our clinical team and deliver high-quality resident care. Be part of an active, dedicated, and fun team where you can make a real impact on patient well-being.

As a CMT, you will provide medications under RN/LPN supervision, document accurately, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri CMT certification.
• Ability to administer medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in daily living activities
• Encourage resident engagement and socialization to promote well-being
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
• Accurately maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed
• Conduct frequent resident rounds and supervise CNAs to ensure proper care
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on issues

CMT Requirements:
