Qualifications

• Must have Missouri CMT Certification.
• Experience in resident care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations for med techs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Administer and/or assist with prescribed medication under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist during meals as needed.
• Make rounds, supervise aides, and ensure proper patient care and follow-up.

You’ll be great to join our CMT Certified Medication Technician team because you have:

Must have a current Missouri- MO CMT- Certified Med Tech Certification

CMT-Certified Med Technician -Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
