LIFE OF A TMS SUMMER INTERN

Here at tms, we care about our people, and we want to help foster their skills into the best they can be. The tms Summer Internship Program aims to do just that. tms is looking for a CMS Support Specialist Intern to join our growing team within our Digital Delivery operations for Summer 2027. The CMS Support Specialist Intern will help ensure the success of the project by contributing to the support framework.

Your primary responsibilities will include meticulous ticket and issue triage, and you will also contribute to growing support processes which will shape the foundation for the future of the project.

This role is about problem solving and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to streamline support workflows.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
