Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
• Familiar with Jira and backlog management.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to support U.S. business hours and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT cycles aligned to sprint and release cadence.
• Provide CMS production support and issue troubleshooting.
• Maintain platform configuration and permissions and administer user access.
• Document workflows and update knowledge base.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering for defect resolution.
