Job summary

Siemens Irving in the Dallas area seeks a Central Monitoring Station IT Manager to ensure continuous operations of the Customer Service Center and CMS. You will maintain IT architecture powering fire, security and building automation alarms, with occasional customer-facing IT duties as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong MS Office skills, and experience with invoicing and purchasing. In-office position with limited remote work and near Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure with servers, switches, firewalls and workstations.
• Experience with invoicing, purchasing, hardware, software and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7/365 IT and telephony operations for the CSC CMS.
• Coordinate vendors and IT engineers for upgrades and services.
• Handle purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
