Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• On-site in Irving, TX with occasional remote work as needed.
• Less than 5% travel; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's or master's in CS/IT or equivalent IT training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous 24/7/365 IT and telephony operations for the CSC in Irving.
• Coordinate with vendors and contract IT engineering consultants to optimize equipment and applications.
• Become proficient in the purchase order and invoicing processes. Purchase order origination and invoice reconciliation are both component tasks.
