Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the EWCC team and oversee 24x7 SIEM monitoring and incident handling.
• Ensure tooling integration, dashboards, CMDB/ITSM alignment and contract SLA adherence.
• Manage event detection, validation, correlation and automated ITSM ticketing.
• Drive monitoring improvements and timely outage communications per SLAs.
