The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager, and 3+ years in people management, with AWS cloud experience and a hybrid work environment in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• 8+ years of application or software engineering experience, including Java or similar enterprise development technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including people management, coaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in cloud environments such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the technical roadmap for the platform or capability, including value-based outcomes, costs to maintain, supportability, and performance, while coaching others.
• Providing rapid delivery and development of technical solutions aligned with business outcomes; mentoring teammates.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to platform or capability systems and services.
• Leading audits, disaster recovery, ongoing operations, production support, and vendor engagements; mentoring the team.
• Innovating continuous improvements of implementation methodology and technical service offerings.
• Participating in a Community of Interest for engineers to share knowledge and align with business needs.
