Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field and 5+ years of CMP semiconductor manufacturing experience, or 10+ years of direct CMP equipment engineering experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading critical engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in equipment performance optimization, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a semiconductor fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an elite CMP equipment engineering team with clear performance targets.
• Drive manufacturing optimization through equipment performance improvement, yield, throughput, and cost reduction using data-driven methodologies.
• Partner cross-functionally to deploy best-known methods, optimize capacity, and support tool lifecycle activities including installs, upgrades, and relocations.
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics to improve equipment performance and predictive maintenance.
• Foster safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement while engaging with suppliers to achieve benchmark equipment availability and performance.
