Job summary

Elemental Enzymes is seeking a CMO Partnership Manager to act as the single point of contact for strategic CMOs and oversee day-to-day relationship management. You will coordinate meetings, onboarding, and documentation, while driving production scheduling and project coordination with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and ERP experience, with a focus on NetSuite. Travel to CMOs and site visits may be required, in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or HS Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPoC for assigned CMOs, owning day-to-day communication and relationship management.
• Plan and facilitate meetings between CMO personnel and EE staff, including scheduling and follow‑up on action items.
• Triage inbound CMO questions and direct inquiries to EE SMEs.
• Drive onboarding of new CMOs, including NDAs, vendor setup in NetSuite, and readiness/selection processes.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits, audits, and related travel.
• Lead production scheduling with CMOs and manage project timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate EE demand forecasts, schedule changes, and priority shifts to the CMO.
• Maintain CMO records in ERP/Box and manage documentation.
• Administer CMO agreements, work orders, and POs; monitor renewals.
• Maintain master production run calendar and deliver status updates.
• Log delays, discrepancies, and complaints and elevate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
