Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to accelerate adoption of the digital payments platform.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and consumer trust initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Oversee digital marketing, CAC, ROAS, and performance optimization.
• Build and mentor a marketing team, with growth to 10–15 members.
• Collaborate with founders on strategic planning and new product opportunities.
