Advisor360° is redefining wealthtech with an autonomous marketing platform. We seek a marketing leader who can shape brand, demand gen, and product storytelling across fintech ecosystems.

The role requires 12+ years in marketing leadership, including CMO-level experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams that drive pipeline and revenue. Hybrid work in Needham/NYC with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• At least 5 years as a CMO or senior marketing executive.
• Experience in fintech/wealthtech or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing functions.
• Data-driven with KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience AI-native marketing and martech.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Advisor360° brand, messaging, and GTM strategy.
• Align marketing programs with revenue targets and product roadmap.
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing organization.
• Drive category leadership and thought leadership.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Architect an AI-native marketing function.
• Partner with data and growth teams to translate models into briefs.
• Oversee corporate communications, PR, and analyst relations.
