Job summary

Zearch Ltd is seeking a CMO for fintech infrastructure, reporting to the CEO, and shaping GTM motion from category creation to demand generation. This founder-adjacent role invites hands-on leadership to scale marketing, build ops, and define messaging for a technical finance buyer.

Remote role with East Coast preference supports rapid growth across verticals. The candidate will own pipeline, drive go-to-market strategy, and build a team to meet ambitious ARR targets, leveraging product-market

CMO — Fintech Infrastructure (Corporate Finance / Treasury /Fintech/ Payments Management) (Sub-$150M ARR, PE backed)

We're partnering with a fast-scaling fintech/ERP/payments management company - serving corporate finance and Accounting teams worldwide - to find their first true CMO.

Someone who can build a demand generation engine from the ground up and turn a strong product into a category creating leader.

Why this role:

This is a founder-adjacent seat at a business with real product-market fit and momentum, but marketing that hasn't yet caught up to the opportunity. You'll own the full go-to-market motion, aid with category creation, brand, content, demand gen, product marketing and build the team and infrastructure to match ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and scaling a predictable demand generation engine (paid, organic, ABM, partnerships) to fuel pipeline for a growing sales team
• Owning positioning and messaging in creating a category and sharpening the story for a technical, finance-function buyer
• Standing up marketing ops and attribution so the business can actually measure CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI
• Building out a lean, high-performing team (or scaling an existing one)
• Sitting on the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO

What we're looking for:

• A CMO or VP Marketing who has scaled demand gen from early/growth stage (sub-$100M ARR) — ideally in fintech, payments, ERP or B2B SaaS selling into finance/AP or office of Finance functions
• Someone who's hands-on as much as strategic
• Strong product marketing instincts — you understand how to sell complex financial infrastructure to a technical, risk-averse buyer
• A track record of building pipeline, not just brand

Remote role, ideally based on the East Coast. (Boston, NYC, Florida, Atlanta etc)
