Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Maintenance Planner for our Buckeye, AZ facility. This onsite role focuses on planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

You will coordinate with supervisors and technicians, create work orders, manage CMMS data, and oversee spare parts inventory and purchasing to minimize downtime and boost reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS administration in warehouse or industrial settings.
• Experience managing spare parts inventory and purchasing activities.
• Strong Excel and Office skills; excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Coordinate CMMS activities with supervisors and technicians.
• Create work orders and maintenance job plans.
• Track maintenance completion and maintain records.
• Manage spare parts and MRO inventory; order and track parts.
