Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles; maintenance or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable building simple Excel reports and data organization; basic formulas acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records, work orders, manuals, and CMMS history.
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate vendors and service visits; manage open work orders.
• Create and track maintenance purchase orders and assist with cost reporting.
• Travel to company locations as needed.
