Job summary

The City of Huntsville seeks a General Services Coordinator to support CMMS operations, maintain data quality, and generate reports. You will assist with procedures, workflows, and training on CMMS applications for the General Services Department.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED with five years of facilities maintenance experience, and preferably knowledge of facility management or construction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma from a regionally accredited school or GED with five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience with facility management or construction are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing operational and technical support of CMMS operations.
• Perform data query and validation, reporting and procedural/workflow documentation.
• Deliver operational training on CMMS applications and related tools.
• Work under the supervision of Facilities Manager and Director with periodic inspections.
