Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis is seeking a CMMS Coordinator to administer and coordinate maintenance activities using CMMS, supporting Facilities, Engineering, and Calibration functions. The role ensures preventive and reactive work is planned, tracked, and compliant with GMP, EHS, and NRC standards, while managing data and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in maintenance coordination, CMMS experience (Maximo/SAP RAM), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or related field in regulated industries such as pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience with CMMS software (Maximo, SAP Maintenance, Blue Mountain RAM or equivalent) required.
• Experience in authoring and reviewing SOPs; involvement in deviation investigations and CAPA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS data entry, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
• Oversee contractor on-site activities and ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, NRC standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and track expenses for budgeting.
• Assist in commissioning, qualification, and validation of new equipment; contribute to SOP development.
