Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis seeks an EHS Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs for the manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations, drive a proactive safety culture, and manage risk reduction initiatives across operations and support functions.

You will oversee training, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and environmental compliance programs, reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, radiopharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience leading EHS programs, audits, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory reporting, training, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, administration, and improvement of site EHS policies, procedures, programs, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IDEM, IDHS, DOT, NRC/Agreement State, and other EHS requirements.
• Serve as site EHS SME and partner to Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
