Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance coordination in regulated industries.
• Experience with CMMS software such as Maximo, SAP Maintenance, Blue Mountain RAM or equivalent.
• Experience authoring and reviewing SOPs; involvement in deviation investigations and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation of maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance tasks with teams and contractors.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and NRC standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and track expenses for budget review.
