Job summary

C&W Services, a Cushman & Wakefield division, seeks an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our Charlton, MA location.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired).
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and spare part optimization.
• Must be self-driven, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata in EAM; ensure barcode/identification in the facility.
• Manage Work Order data: add equipment to PM plans, schedules and work packages.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, routes and work packages for FC.
• Review WO data accuracy: equipment, hours, parts usage, codes and comments.
• Schedule and assign work; manage and close work orders in the system.
• Maintain spare parts metadata: supplier, catalog number, pricing, part numbers.
• Drive materials management in the store: requisitions, POs, cycle counts, analytics.
