Networking Technologies + Support (NTS) is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to design, implement, and support secure enterprise network infrastructures while ensuring CMMC compliance. The role requires hands-on expertise in secure network architecture, security controls, and risk mitigation across enterprise environments.

The candidate will lead security design efforts, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and securing enterprise network architectures to meet CMMC requirements.
• Hands-on security engineering with focus on risk mitigation and secure networking.
• Proficient in Cisco routing and switching; design, implement, document, and troubleshoot networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure enterprise network architectures.
• Ensure environments meet CMMC requirements and cybersecurity controls.
• Implement and maintain security controls per best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and secure remote access.
• Analyze risks and recommend remediation strategies.
• Support security assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate secure solutions for clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current with cybersecurity threats and best practices.
