Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists is actively seeking an Account Executive – CMMC Specialist to drive revenue growth in CCS’s Cybersecurity & Compliance practice. You will own the sales process, manage a strategic pipeline, and sell end-to-end compliance solutions to regulated defense contractors across the region.

You will lead MEDDPICC-based discovery, translate cybersecurity risks into business value, and partner with CCS experts to deliver executive-level compliance roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
• 2+ years selling cybersecurity, compliance, or technology solutions.
• Proven success selling into regulated industries or complex technical environments.
• Experience building and managing pipeline within a consultative sales model.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models.
• Ability to communicate cybersecurity risk and business impact to executive audiences.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and quota attainment for CCS’s CMMC and Cybersecurity Compliance practice.
• Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities while maintaining 3–5x pipeline coverage.
• Sell comprehensive compliance solutions, including CMMC Baseline Assessments, Readiness & Remediation, vCISO/vISSE advisory services, and ongoing managed security.
• Drive multi-year recurring consulting agreements and expand customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to attach additional CCS services and convert engagements into long-term relationships.
