Job summary

Twin City Die Castings Company is seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to operate coordinate measuring equipment, read routers, and calibrate probes to verify dimensions of components per tolerances. You will print and review measurements, troubleshoot minor issues, and analyze data from GD&T drawings.

The role requires instrument proficiency, blueprints interpretation, and the ability to ensure product conformance while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• GD&T proficiency and interpretation of drawings.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and inspection instructions.
• Familiarity with measurement data analysis and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Discard or reject products not meeting specifications.
• Analyze blueprints and data to determine inspection procedures.
• Inspect, test or measure materials for conformance to specs.
• Notify supervisors of production problems and propose corrective actions.
• Record inspection data and report test results.
• Mark items with grade and acceptance/rejection status.
• Monitor operations and adjust processes to ensure specs.
