JM Fabrication Company LLC seeks a CMM Operator / Quality Inspector with PC-DMIS experience to perform dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies. This role uses a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications.

Formación

• Two or more years of dimensional inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on CMM operation with PC-DMIS preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments and manual inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CMM with PC-DMIS; run inspection programs and generate reports.
• Verify part identification, revisions, fixture, and probe alignment.
• Perform FAI, in-process, final, and receiving inspections as assigned.
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Document results and maintain traceability to parts and drawings.
• Identify nonconforming material and escalate discrepancies to Quality/Production.
• Support AS9102 FAI reports when required and assist root cause investigations.
