Job summary

StandardAero in Kansas City is seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CMM equipment, read blueprints and specifications, and ensure tooling and parts meet exact tolerances.

Qualifications

US citizen or permanent resident
2 years CNC/CMM programming experience
2 years calibration/maintenance on machines

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CMM and equipment to measure components, tooling, and fixtures
Read and interpret specifications, blueprints and templates for tolerances and dimensions
Create setup sheets and documents
Read and interpret measurements, output data and graphic data
Analyze final product, ensuring output meets blueprint/spec requirements
Identify when final output is inaccurate or out of spec
Maintain CMM machines, including probe qualification and cleaning
