Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in Quality Inspection and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Trade school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a CMM to measure parts for first article inspection.
• Analyze layout and perform inspections on components using CMM and bench setups.
• Document preparation, part orientation and operation steps for inspection staff.
• Measure with CMM and gauges, report results for QA and process qualification.
• Verify parts meet specifications and drawings.
• Summarize results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and QMS procedures.
• Promote health and safety for all personnel.
