Job summary

PGM is seeking a quality-focused technician to setup and program CMM machines, ensuring consistent operation and accurate measurements. You will work with machinists and engineers to develop new inspection methods and train operators on CMM usage and inspection equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, proficiency in reading technical documents, and ability to perform precise measurements and calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience required.
• On-the-job training provided per PR-18.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and program CMM machine to establish consistent operation.
• Operate CMM machine on new and existing jobs.
• Train operators in CMM operation and inspection equipment.
• Record SPC data as required.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineering on processes.
