Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• BS/AS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality or related engineering field preferred.
• 3+ years as Mechanical Quality Inspector; 1 year as CMM/Gauge Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing CMM/Gauge inspection plans using 3D CAD models and drawings for simple to medium components.
• Prove-out CMM/Gauge inspection plans for navigational and computational errors; conduct GRRs.
• Provide mechanical inspection support and CMM verification for simple to medium components.
• Communicate CMM results and analyses to enable process troubleshooting and machine corrections.
• Maintain CMM/Gauge reports, GRR, and correlation reports; prepare related documents.
