Job summary

Incodema3D seeks a skilled Quality Inspector/Programmer for first shift to develop and maintain CMM and 3D scanning programs for additive and machined components. You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, and document results to uphold aerospace-grade standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in dimensional inspection with Zeiss Calypso and GOM Blue Light, plus strong GD&T interpretation and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training is required.
• 3+ years of dimensional inspection and programming experience.
• Experience with Zeiss Calypso and GOM Blue Light software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso and GOM Blue Light software.
• Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections with micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Interpret complex drawings, GD&T controls to verify part conformance.
