Top Echelon LLC seeks an experienced CMM Programmer / Inspector to support product quality through dimensional inspection and verification of machined components. You will document inspections and ensure conformance to engineering drawings and AS9102 requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CMM experience, with PC-DMIS and CATIA proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of CMM experience with programming and inspection.
Proficiency with PC-DMIS and CATIA software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.

Responsibilities

Program and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to inspect machined components.
Verify part geometry and dimensions against drawings and specifications.
Ensure inspection documentation and design controls are accurate.
Complete first article inspection reports in accordance with AS9102.
Document inspection results and communicate discrepancies to teams.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to resolve issues.
