Incodema3D in Freeville, NY is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector/Programmer to develop, validate, and maintain CMM and 3D scanning programs for additive and machined components used in aerospace, defense, and advanced industries.
You will perform visual and mechanical inspections, verify conformance to engineering specs, and document processes to uphold rigorous aerospace and high-precision manufacturing standards. This role is on site with a first shift Monday–Friday schedule.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Programmer to join our advanced manufacturing team. In this role, you will develop, validate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and 3D scanning programs to inspect additive and machined components. You will independently conduct visual and mechanical dimensional inspections, verify conformance to engineering specifications, and document processes to uphold rigorous aerospace and high-precision manufacturing standards.

ITAR Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
