Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking a CMM Specialist to develop and operate CMM programs, analyze measurement results, and support product quality and process improvement. The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and effective collaboration with production teams, customers, suppliers, and quality personnel.

You will manage inspection programs, prepare deliverable documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement within an AS9100 framework.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Ability to determine CMM measurement strategies from design requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain CMM inspection programs.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections to verify parts meet specs.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to determine measurement strategies.
• Manage Bills of Characteristics and related design documents.
• Prepare and release inspection/deliverable documentation packages.
• Analyze and report inspection results to production, customers, and suppliers.
• Support first-piece, first-operation, and in-process inspections.
• Identify and support disposition of nonconforming material.
• Develop QC work instructions to reduce nonconformances through early detection.
• Train and provide direction to CMM operators.
• Support continual improvement within AS9100 Quality Management System.
